Independent business
Northline Jersey Co. is an independent custom sportswear studio at Room 803, Pacific Plaza, 41 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any professional or amateur league, team, club, federation or brand.
No official merchandise
We do not sell or reproduce official logos, crests, uniforms, league marks or team-branded merchandise. Product visuals are original mockups. Any names, words or numbers added by a customer must be original or used with the necessary permission.
Customer responsibility
By submitting personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use the wording and any rights associated with it. We may refuse, cancel or amend an order that appears to infringe intellectual property, impersonate a person or violate applicable law. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you asked us to produce.
Product information and colors
We try to display colors and product details accurately. Screen settings, lighting and production materials can cause small variations. Garment measurements are approximate. Read the size guide before ordering.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we confirm it. Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, shipping and import charges are shown or described at checkout. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this site.
Made-to-order items
Personalized items are produced for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are handled under our shipping and returns policy. Please review names, numbers, sizes and colors before submitting an order.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes according to the terms of the delivery service and applicable law. Customs fees and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to submit unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing or exploitative content. We may suspend or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
